We begin by drilling a pattern in the concrete slab where the problem area exists. We then begin the process of Pressurized Grouting, but we do it for the entire underlying soil foundation underneath your garage. We drive Injection Rods Down until we can’t drive them down anymore, pull the rods back slightly, then blow the plugs that keep the injection rod sealed. At this point, the soil that is being filled with Pressurized Grout is much more likely to be effective over the long-term, because the soil that is being utilized is much firmer than the layers of topsoil that another company might pump grout into.

Once this level is filled, we pull the rods up one foot, and repeat the same process of Grout filling until our gauges register the desired pressure readings. We repeat this process as much as needed, until we can ensure that your concrete slab has a strong enough underfill to sustain the weight of your slab, plus the weight of any grout that might be necessary to then undergo a traditional Slab Jacking Process.
